Non-professional Tendulkar's 100 of 100 and ... Team India

Being in a small town, when there was power cut during match, I remember myself wandering to the friends' homes to catch a glimpse of a cricket match. Like any other Indian all I cud think about India or sports was cricket... ... or it seemed the only possible way India wud regain its pride. But I slowly I realized back in 2004-05 after watching the India display some really silly and dumb game that the players lack the sense of sincerity and it made me think about my interest about the game.

After a while it became a part of my life... ... just not to watch a game if its a cricket match... and after a long time in 2011 I watched only last three WC matches India played and that too was limited to some overs. Somewhere in their heart Indians felt that India regained it pride... ...East or west India is the ****. It seemed that we have the best of the players... ...and all that.

In the mean time we saw the performance of Indian team against West Indies, England and now Aussies ... ... ...from top to such a condition that everybody going ga ga after WC 2011 is now cursing X or Y or some Z for all this.

Published less than 2 months after the WC2011, I read the article about Tendulkar's affidavit stating that he is a non-professional cricketer and that he claimed his profession as an 'actor'... all that to get the tax-exemption... millions of fans must have been stunned at this. If other Indian cricketers wud have same feeling then ... ...???

Poor Tendulkar, ... ...connecting all the dots backwards now I cud see why he is struggling with his 100 of 100. I pray to God may he stop his acting and start playing professionally.
